Position: AEI Supervisor PDS
Location: Hebei
Report to: Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities：
1)Program the PCS7 and other systems used for control
对工厂所用的西门子PCS7控制系统及其他系统进行编程。
2)Follow the Management of Change procedure when changes on the original control logic are required, and obtain approval of Global Central Process Development Leader to ensure safety of the process.
在工厂的生 产控制逻辑需要改变时，遵循公司的MOC程序（改动管理程序），并事先取得公司工艺发展中心相关领导的批准，以保证生产的安全性。
3)Provide links between business, planning, operational systems and the DCS system.
提供商务、计划、生产系统及DCS系统之间的联系。
4)Keep program documentation up to date and P& ID’s up to date pertaining to process control
保持与工艺控制相关的程序方件及工艺流程图的及时更新
5)Ensure continuity of operation by backup systems, guaranteed support form relevant specialists and call out systems.
通过对备份系统的管理，确保生产的连续性，并保证能够获得相关专家的技术支持。
6)Troubleshoot control system hardware/software problems using root cause analysis techniques
通过根本原因分析（RCA）的方法，来解决控制系统中硬件及软件问题。
7)Implement processes to improve control reliability and ease of use
改进提高工厂控制的稳定性及易用性。
8)Define project scopes and analyze systems to determine appropriate interlocks and sequences
对于项目相关工作，明确项目的范围并分析系统以确定正确的联锁关系及控制顺序
Requirements：
1)Minimum of 5 years of AEI related experience
最少5年以上自动化、电气、仪表相关工作经验
2)3 years supervisory experience
三年以上主管工作经验
3)Good English skill is preferred.
良好的英语技能
4)Process control programming of interlocks, automated sequences and continuous data bases
对联锁、自动步序、及实时数据库的编程能力。
5)Knowledge of load-out software, power logic, standard interlock requirements and instrumentation
有相关软件、电源逻辑分析、连锁标准及仪表方面的知识
6)Knowledge of operating systems networks, data historian programming, and computer hardware
操作系统网络运行维护、数据库和电脑硬件相关知识
7)Knowledge of LV principles and safe operation.
低压原理及安全操作知识
8)Experience of MCC maintenance and operation
MCC维护运行经验
9)Ability to lead the designers and contractors to design, build, check out, start up and run a highly automated plant electrical / instrumentation system and control system safely.
有效的领导设计师和承包商的设计、建造、监察、工厂的启动，保证高自动化的电仪系统和控制系统能安全运行
10)Demonstrated skills of team building, conflict resolution, innovation and change within the work force
有突出的团队建设，矛盾的解决，变革和创新技能。
11)Effective communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills at multiple levels of Cargill, English would be a strong plus to transfer technology from Europe.
有很好的有效沟通技能和较强的英语水平。
12)Four-year related college degree (engineering, sciences, etc.)
电气自动化相关专业大学毕业。
