.cmd文件中的-l .\lib\rts6400.lib去掉

又出现新的问题

因为rts6400.lib库文件与CCS版本不符。
库文件要使用CCS安装文件夹自带的。

我查的答案也类似这样，都解决不了，后来在这个例程中的Release文件夹我发现了一个Seedmotiontest.out文件，直接把它Load Program到板子上，再点Run，出现象了。
