- Windows - >Start  -> Run "regedit" ;

- Find the register can and check the value of  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\MenuShowDelay ;

- If it is  zero, change it to greater than zero;

- Rstart the computer for the change to take effect.
