flash锁死

这个是再次给flash里下程序的报错：
   C28xx: Flash Programmer: Error erasing flash memory. Device is locked or not connected. Operation cancelled
   C28xx: Flash Programmer: Error erasing Flash memory.
   C28xx: Flash Programmer: Device is locked or not connected. Operation cancelled.
   C28xx: Trouble Writing Memory Block at 0x3f6380 on Page 0 of Length 0x16
   C28xx: GEL: File: C:\Users\Administrator\workspace_v5_1\aa_2\Debug\aa_2.out: Load failed.

   在网上找了一下，好像说是可以解锁，要用.out和.map文件，还有Hex2000,可是试了好长时间都不行。
