麻烦帮忙推荐一个合适的MCU

要求：
1.用来作控制和显示，应该是51就可以满足
2.要求有片内的RAM，能超过512Byte 最好，最小512Byte
3.要求有AD,是要用来采集声音进行录音，每秒钟采集8000次，
4.要求可以扩展Flash，但是Flash的速度要快，因为有大概80KByte的数据是需要快速反复地从Flash上Load到另外的一个DSP里面去作运算
5.价格要便宜

有没有什么合适的MCU推荐阿？
