Jonathan@chinaeejob.com<br /><br />IC product engineer(beijing)<br /><br />Responsibility: <br />1) Develop ATE test program and wafer probing program for logic and mixed-signal IC products.<br />2) Interact with IC test vendor and foundry to complete all backend tasks such as tape-out, wafer sort, packaging, load-board and wafer probe design, ATE test program design, mass production test, yield improvement, reliability test, failure analysis, etc.<br />3) Collaborate with internal engineering team to ensure quality of products and complete characterization and testing request.<br />4) Track IC product development progress and schedule and ensure delivery time and success.<br /><br />Qualification:<br />1) MS or BS with min 5 years related experience.<br />2) Extensive experience in IC product development, testing, packaging.<br />3) Deep knowledge of logic and mixed-signal IC testing, yield improvement.<br />4) Experience in IC test program design.<br /><br /> |
