Labview控制Tektronix MDO4034c时遇到的问题

想请教一下，用PC机的LAN口连接4034c，采集其信号幅值。
用VISA Resource Manager显示仪器已连接，labview编程的instrument drivers 也显示出Tektronix MDO4034c，运行labview里自带的例程就报错，错误代码如下：
-1074003951    Agilent 34401.lvlib:Initialize.vi(ERR)    The ID Query failed.This may mean that you selected the wrong instrument or your instrument did not respond.you may also be using a model that is not officially supported by this driver.if you are sure that you have selected the correct instrument and it is responding,try disabling the ID Query.
看起来是初始化的问题，有人能帮帮我吗？怎么解决这个问题？我的Labview是2015。

你可以在NI MAX里面肯可以识别到示波器吗
