配置成输出低电平的时候测得引脚输出电压是0V,是怎么回事？

用的PIC单片机的型号是PIC18F66J11代码中RE3端口配置成普通的输出口，配置成输出高电平的时候，测得输出的电压只有0.08V，配置成输出低电平的时候测得引脚输出电压是0V,是怎么回事？

RE1是正常的，配置成高电平测着输出电压是3.3V，低是0

另外80脚的芯片要注意下先禁止EB， 见数据手册11.6PORTE, TRISE and LATE Registers
