请教各位大佬关于使用三极管能否做双向电平转换的问题
本帖最后由 qubert111 于 2025-8-12 14:59 编辑下图是想使用三极管设计一个双向电平转换电路。在进行低电平情况分析时,C极低电平,我理论分析此时三极管应为截止状态(因为B极被钳位至0.7V 而E极1.8V,此时BE结反偏,三极管应该不导通)那么E极为1.8V,则电平转换失败。但是仿真结果却是E极为6mV左右,与理论分析不符,想请教一下这是什么原因?
在E极串联10M欧姆对地电阻(模仿输入高阻状态),仿真结果也是一样的,E极接近0V。

三极管,CE交换也是可以用的,就是说如果B到C有电流,那么E到C能导通。 一般都是用MOS管做,但是我直接用现成的转换芯片
若模型中该二极管的反向击穿电压设置过低,会导致上述类似击穿的大电流现象。
