ZCC709 series linear regulators are ultra-low quiescent cu
rrent devices designed for power consumption sensitive app
lications. A precision band gap and error amplifier has an
accuracy of 2% in the temperature range. Only 1 μ A stat
ic current makes this device an ideal solution for a norma
lly open system powered by batteries and requiring very sm
all idle power dissipation. In order to increase safety, t
hese devices also have thermal shutdown, current limit and
reverse current protection functions. The off mode is ena
bled by pulling the EN pin to low level. The switching cur
rent of this mode is as low as 150nA (typical value). |
