ISE12.3 PlanAhead运行不了

打开PlanAhead提示“This host does not have appropriate Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable packages installed”,
然后让我运行在PlanAhead目录下的一个redistributable 程序，但是我运行之后，系统还是提示上述信息，然后我就在网上下载了各种版本的redistributable packages, 从2005版到2010版,
但是这个问题还是解决不掉，请问各位高手，我应该怎么办，问题到底出在哪里？

I remembered at the end of installation, there would be something like Visual C++ installed.
