每次连接报错是：

Abort: Close Code Composer Studio.
Retry: Try to connect to the target again.
Cancel: Remain disconnected from the target
Diagnostic: Run diagnostic utility.
接上仿真器后，测JTAG的TRST一直为低，TCK没有脉，TMS为3.28V。
