在windows环境，使用mingw编译boost

1. 下载 boost 代码，解压
2. 在当前目录下执行：

复制

D:\tools\boost_1_69_0>bootstrap.bat mingw

然后当前目录会有文件生成：

Bootstrapping is done. To build, run:



    .\b2



To adjust configuration, edit 'project-config.jam'.

让后用生成的 b2.exe:

D:\tools\boost_1_69_0>b2.exe --prefix=d:\tools\boost_1_69_0 --build-type=complet
