BURST option in AHB-to-AHB sync-up bridge

Hello,
I am looking at cmsdk_ahb_to_ahb_sync_up.v component with BURST option enabled. I wonder how the BURST transfers are treated by this AHB-to-AHB sync-up bridge in case of an ERROR response? The bridge cannot know whether the Master will cancel or not the rest of the BURST due to ERROR response. Therefore it is wrong to drive the bridge HTRANS output IDLE as the Master might continue the BURTST and it is also wrong to drive the bridge HTRANS output BUSY as the Master might cancel the BURST.
