使用wpa_supplicant的create softap时，为了使能ACS，需要设置

2g band： /vendor/bin/wpa_cli -i wpa_wlan0_cmd -p /data/misc/wifi/sockets/IFNAME=cyp0 set_net 0 frequency 2 ;

5g band： /vendor/bin/wpa_cli -i wpa_wlan0_cmd -p /data/misc/wifi/sockets/IFNAME=cyp0 set_net 0 frequency 5

使用hostapd的create softap时，为了使能ACS，需要Hostapd.conf设置

Channel=0
