安装ISE13.4出现idata.bin错误

idata, se, AN, CAN, setup
为嘛我在安装ISE 13.4时双击xsetup.exe出现错误，显示“xsetup.exe cannnot be ran pose....Can not locate idata.bin file. Please ensure the file exists in the idata folder and has read permissions”，这是什么原因呢，难道我用光盘拷安装文件的时候这个文件缺失了？
