部分研发类岗位 1. Analog Design Engineer (Location: Shanghai; Req: 15379BR) Responsibilities: · Work on transistor and top leveldesign and simulation of monolithic DC/DC regulators. · Provide support to othermembers of the development team; design, test, applications, marketing andproduct engineering, through all phases of new product development. · Lead or support layout engineerto complete custom analog layout for low to high power integrated circuits · Customer interaction may berequired to help define specifications for new product development.
Requirements:
· MSEE or higher in ElectricalEngineering. · Minimum of 5 years’ experiencein Analog IC Design with emphasis on Power Management IC Design. · Good Communication skills(Written and Verbal). · Experience using Cadence,Hspice or other simulation tools. · Familiar with basic DCDCtopology, such as Buck, Boost or Buck-Boost. · Experience designing thefollowing: amplifiers, comparators, oscillator gate driver and bandgapreferences. · Fluent English and nativeMandarin are required.
2.System Engineer (Location: Shanghai; Req:15740BR)
Responsibilities: · Develop advanced analog and digital chips andsystem products from concept to mass production · Complete advanced high speed IC design cyclesand participate in a variety of system design activities · Interface directly with TI business units andcustomers to define product roadmaps · Assess and negotiate IC development tradeoffswith design teams and customers · Evaluate silicon systems (hardware andsoftware) and related documentation · Gather user requirements, translate them to functionalspecifications, and implement solutions and enhancement projects · Provide complete documentation for eachdevelopment lifecycle step · Perform troubleshooting and debugging on issuesrelated to the system
Requirements: · Minimum BS degree in Electrical Engineering,Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field · Must have understanding of and experience withaudio system design, including writing IC design specifications, developingalgorithms and creating system reference models · Knowledge in structured and audio algorithm,audio DAC,DAC, codec and signal processing knowledge
3.Test Engineer (Location: Shanghai; Req:15051BR)
Responsibilities: · Be responsible for defining cost-effectivemethods of testing and troubleshooting systems for products. · Designs test fixtures and HWs for ATE test andreliability test. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, · Utilize analog circuit analysis and AutomatedTest Equipment debug knowledge to troubleshoot test, quality, and deviceperformance issues · Analyze test data to thoroughlyunderstand/resolve problems and present analysis and conclusions to others inan effective manner. · Ensures that products shipped meetspecification and quality goals. · Be required to provide sustaining support, developtest corrective action for customer returns. · Drive new innovative analog test standards,processes, and methodologies to enable cost-effectiveness and quality · Work with internal cross functional teams in afast-paced global environment. · Establish and influence next-generation testsolutions that help achieve the lowest obtainable costs on future products Requirements: · BS / MS in Electrical Engineering, or relatedfield, with strong test and analog and digital circuit debug experience. Mustbe highly organized, effective communicator with a strong ability to multi-taskcomplex projects and/or technical tasks as needed · Good English and Chinese Mandarin
4. Application Engineer (Location: Shenzhen; Req: 15875BR) Responsibilities: · Customer support forrelease-to-marketed device. · Work with design team todevelop innovative device. · Silicon validation fromsystem/app side. · Help silicon debug from systemperspective. · Help to drive the EPGI/NPGI.
Requirements: · At least 2 years in FAE orsystem experience in EE; · Familiar with the common powersupply architecture. · Good communication skill andeager to win. · Fluent in using both oral andwritten English. · Must be a good team player. · Master degree in EE is required
销售类岗位 1. Analog FAE for Multinational customer (Location: Beijing; Req: 15576BR)
RoleSummary: Technical application support for highperformance analog product

Analog FAE for OEM Customer (Location: Shanghai; Req: 15587BR) RoleSummary: Field technical support for TI analogproduct and solutions Responsibility: · Provide technical support of TI analog product of both powerand signal chain to customers. · Build up system knowledge and provide system level technicalsupport of TI solutions in customers. · Find new projects of customers and use TI tools andresources to find all the TI opportunities. · Coordinate internal resources and promote TI product &solution to shorten time-to-market for customer. · WIN customer projects with TI solution and opportunities. · Team work with product lines to solve technical problems andprovide feedback/inputs for new product definition. · Lead and cooperate with distributor FAEs for TI product& solution penetration. · Hold technical trainings to customers, distributor FAEs, andinternal/public seminar and workshop.

4. Auto Process FAE (Location: Shanghai; Req: 15629BR) PrimaryResponsibilities: · Provide the technical supportto customer projects on TI Automotive ADAS processor (i.e. SDK issue solving,architecture proposal, Image tuning, system optimization…) · Develop and maintain ADASsoftware component (mainly focus on Image algorithm prototype implementationand solution localization to China market) · Collaborate w/ marketing andsales team on the promotion of product and solution, the deep analysis ofapplications and the engagement of new customers. · Work closely w/ worldwideR&D team, analyze and feedback the customers’ requirement, participate inthe improvement and customization of ADAS prototype system and algorithmlibrary Qualifications: · Master degree w/ goodunderstanding on image processing and maths knowledge · >5 years experience inimaging processing or vision analytics (experience in ADAS solution or productis a plus) · Proficient in SW development ofembedded processor system (DSP and GPU programming experience will be a plus) · Strong competence in C/C++,Linux kernel and RTOS, coding capability is a must. · Good understanding on ADASalgorithm theory and implementation, skilled in Mablab, OpenCV… · Good understating on camera andISP knowledge (experience in ISP tuning is preferred) · Experience in automotiveproduct development or automotive safety design will be a plus. · Good communication andpresentation skills and experience in customer support role · Good English oral and writtenskills
