J-flash烧录Error： Could not find core in Coresight setup

使用J-Flash烧录固件时出现Error：
Could not find core in Coresight setup
Failed to connect
Could not establish a connection target
could not earse sectors，not connected。

但是直接用keil是可以连接并下载程序的，使用Jflash刷整体固件时出现了这个错误

没有握手成功识别不到ID   已找到解决方法
