PIC32MX795F512L 不能进入仿真

PIC32, 仿真, mx, ev, ce
写了一个最简单的程序，能烧写运行，且运行结果正确。想用来做仿真，但是debugger/program的时候，提示错误。

PK3Err0040: The target device is not ready for debugging.
Please check your configuration bit settings and program
the device before proceeding.

开发环境为MPLAB IDE V8.87+MPLAB C32 V2.01

有哪位大佬知道的，望告知，谢谢
