手册 p22，Differential Input Considerations 小节里，
It is important to note that the
differential input signals must be truly antiphase in nature, 180° out
of phase, which is required to keep the common-mode voltage of
the input signal within the specified range around VREF/2, as
shown in Table 1.
也就是说，输入信号不能是单端的，你把 -in 接地是不对的。要把单端转成差分信号。
