Psoc Creator出现下面错误

PSOC, CREATOR, ic, ce, RAM
Error: trn.M0004: There was a problem connecting to the external program CyMiniProg3Service.  Ensure that PSoC Programmer 3.10.1 or later is installed.  This may prevent the use of some communications devices.
