看看这两个词怎么翻译?

以10为底的对数,十倍程
不太好查,已经搜了一圈,还没结果

以下这译法，老外可以看懂，

The logarithm that number 10 be used for bottom.,10 times of measure.

对数以多少为底用base。

例如：
log10(x) is the base 10 logarithm of the independent variable x.
翻译：log10(x)表示取自变量x以10为底的对数。

刚才按OO的说法搜了一下,果然:
In mathematics, the logarithm of a given number to a given base is the power or exponent to which the base must be raised in order to produce the given number.

The natural logarithm  is the logarithm having base e, where e=2.71828

To find a logarithm with base b, using any other base k...

另外"十倍程"这个词也找到了,老外是这样表达的:
20 dB per tenfold

估计很多。。

考虑到几乎所有大学都有英文系，这么多毕业生，这么多靠英文吃饭的。

他是教学方法有他独特之处罢了。英文水平和他一样的应该很多。
