我换了个电脑，之前注册的ST7 16K COSMIC license文件用不了了，但是cosmic说现在没有了，请问如何是好？

Dear Sir,
We are sorry to inform you that STMicroelectronics has decided to discontinue the free, 16k-limited st7 compiler as of September 1st, 2008.
Please note that you can use a 4k limited version instead (available
here: http://www.cosmicsoftware.com/download.php , no need to register) or you can buy a full version, including one year support and updates, from your local Cosmic sales office.
Also note that a free, 16k-limited version is still available for the new
stm8 microcontroller (same download as above, NOT compatible with the st7).
