optional:
* good quality in dim or dark light, this is prefered, but if the
cost will be much higher for this, this requirement can be removed
* video processing of 5 fps or above, if the cost not much higher,
and the video format is on your choice
2. USB host port
* USB2.0 OTG
3. RS-232 port
* a real RS232 port or a USB-to-Serial converter are both OK
dependant on cost
4. 2G storage
* Micro SD is OK as long as there's a USB interface for read/write
of the data from PC, and whether using Micro SD or USB flash is
dependant on cost
5. Linux/uClinux powered
If the cost of a Linux powered board is more expensive than a uClinux
powered board within US$1, we prefer Linux, but both are OK
We need just a working bootloader/kernel to confirm the hardware is
