光看这段话是很迷糊，得结合上下文阅读。看了一下ICL7135的DS，大概如下：
（前面是说如何补偿3us延时以提高比较器的最大工作频率）。在（补偿后获得的）更高工作频率下，由于振铃现象以及跳变的二阶分量影响，器件的前几次采样将具有明显的非线性。

在AN017里面解释得更加清楚一些，参见其图6，画得非常清楚。
