板上集成 ARM® 32-bit Cortex® -M7内核的STM32F723IE,官方对这款芯片主要性能介绍:
  • Core: ARM® 32-bit Cortex® -M7 CPU with FPU, adaptive real-time accelerator (ART Accelerator™) and L1-cache: 8 Kbyte of data cache and 8 Kbytes of instruction cache, allowing 0-wait state     execution from embedded Flash memory and external memories, frequency up to 216 MHz, MPU, 462 DMIPS/2.14 DMIPS/MHz (Dhrystone 2.1) and DSP instructions.
  • Memories
    • Up to 512 Kbytes of Flash memory with protection mechanisms (read and write protections, proprietary code readout protection (PCROP))
    • 528 bytes of OTP  memory
    • SRAM: 256 Kbytes (including 64 Kbytes of data TCM RAM for critical real-time data) + 16 Kbytes of instruction TCM RAM (for critical real-time routines) + 4  Kbytes of backup SRAM (available in the lowest power modes)

    值得关注的是在这块STM32F723E-Discpvery板上配置了:
CIRRUS的数字音频音频处理芯片WIM8994ECS/R,连接到音频输入/输出接口和2个外置扬声器接口和数字麦克风;
一个USB OTG HS和一个USB OTG FS接口;
一个带电容触摸屏的240×240点阵的TFT液晶显示屏;
一片512Mbit  Quad_SPI NOR Flash MX25L51245G;
一片8Mbit PSRAM  IS66WV51216EBLL-55BLI;

上电运行出厂预装的GUI演示视频,要播放的视频AVI文件、音频WAV文件拷贝到U盘,插在CN19 USB HS接口。刚进入时需要校正一下触摸屏对角线2点坐标。


   播放的视频非常流畅,这得益于STM32F723IE这款高性能M7内核芯片。

     240×240 TFT的触摸屏感觉有点小,手指头“占”地过份,屡“占”屡败,呵呵!
