串口 中断错误

程序刚开始运行是正常的,当程序运行到一定时间后(大约15分钟后),我就发现程序一直在响应中断,主程序一点也不执行,单步执行下,发现上图所示情况,执行到if判断语句后,直接跳到函数结尾,并不读取数据,请各位大侠帮我,急!!!!(NVIC中的中断优先级如何配置)
