For a minimum channel length of 90 nm however,parameter VE does not change all that much, and the voltage gain is now only 3.6!! In practice it is a little bit more, but not much, i.e. about 6. As a result we will have to devise all possible tricks to enhance the gain. Cascodes offer such capability, and gain boosting, as explained later in this chapter.

相位补偿不会影响低频增益，其实第二级用cascode不是那么普遍，因为第二级已经开始要求摆幅，而为了减小输入等效噪声，第一级的增益要尽可能大
