问题背景:汽车中控显示屏是10英寸,1080P高清屏,在配和车机主机模块(安卓系统主机),显示屏有时会闪烁。
主机模块和屏幕是通过LVDS线传输的。其中主机模块上有TI 的串行器DS90Ux947,屏幕内部电路板上有相应的解串器芯片。
研发团队分析:
1. System level troubleshooting on DS90Ux947(TI Serializer) identified a potential problem. Display could potentially show anomalous data pattern, jittered–data, blank, or rolling display with 1080p configuration.
2. A detailed investigation of the unit in question revealed the incoming data bit positions were shifted causing the sync signals to be Mis-sampled, the issue was traced to a design marginality within TI Serializer with the OLDI clock generation block, specific to dual OLDI mode(Dual OLDI is used for 1080p displays)
解决方案:
Solution : In the startup both the Kernel and Panel Services implemented a detection mechanism to check the resolution of the Display.
If the display is not 1920x1080p resolution as expected, then on runtime a OLDI reset command is issued to Serializer to regain the expected resolution 1080p.
