I9160FI

概述

I9160FI 是一款针对低功耗、音频录制和回放优化的片上系统产品，采用嵌入式 ARM®Cortex®-M0 32位微控制器核心，运行频率高达 49MHz，具有 145K 字节的非易失性闪存和 12K 字节的嵌入式 SRAM。

I9160FI 还配备了定时器、看门狗定时器（WDT）、实时时钟（RTC）、外设直接存储器访问（PDMA）、多种串行接口（UART、SPI/SSP、I2C、I2S）、PWM 调制器、GPIO、模拟比较器、低压检测器和褐化检测器等外围设备。目标应用:
