1 Lab1: Motor control overcurrentprotection - KILL using HPPASS CSG This lab covers howto use ADC CSG and DAC for protection. Steps:1. Create a new ModusToolbox™application a. From the Quick Panel, Clickon Start, and then click New Application. b. Alternatively, you canchoose File > New > ModusToolbox™ Application. 2. Select a target PSoC™development kit, in the Choose Board Support Package (BSP) dialog,choose the Kit Name, choose KIT_PSC3M5_EVK, Click Next 3. Select Kill PWM cycle bycycle using HPPASS CSG CE under Peripherals and click create 4. Project structure been added tothe workspace 5. ImmediateKill selected, TCPWM trigger input to KILL0 6. Analoginput to CSG positive, DAC mode slope rising selected, CSG output trigger forTCPWM KILL 7. After programming, theapplication starts automatically. Confirm that "PDL: Kill PWMcycle-by-cycle using HPPASS CSG" is displayed on the UART terminal. 8. Rotate the potentiometer to change the PWM duty cycle and observe that the LED on Kit will gradually brighten or darken.
