调用xilinx的fft核做频谱分析，其中第二页有个Precision Options ——>phase factor width，这个相位因子的宽度该设置多少位呢？怎么计算设置多少位合适呢？datasheet里的说明很含糊啊，原文如下：
Precision Options: Input data and phase factors can be in dependently configured to widths from 8 to 34 bits, inclusive. When the Data Format is Fl oating Point, the input data width is fixed at 32 bits and the phase factor width can be set to 24 or 25 bits depending on the noise performance required and available resources.
