IC product engineer(beijing)
Responsibility:
1) Develop ATE test program and wafer probing program for logic and mixed-signal IC products.
2) Interact with IC test vendor and foundry to complete all backend tasks such as tape-out, wafer sort, packaging, load-board and wafer probe design, ATE test program design, mass production test, yield improvement, reliability test, failure analysis, etc.
3) Collaborate with internal engineering team to ensure quality of products and complete characterization and testing request.
4) Track IC product development progress and schedule and ensure delivery time and success.
Qualification:
1) MS or BS with min 5 years related experience.
2) Extensive experience in IC product development, testing, packaging.
3) Deep knowledge of logic and mixed-signal IC testing, yield improvement.
4) Experience in IC test program design.
