MFG烧录问题求助

dear FAE:
      我使用I.MX6 DUAL LITE芯片+4GBEMMC+DATAFLASH启动。
已经参考官方开发板做了两版,总共做了70PCS,软件都已经调通,板卡可以正常跑,但现在有一片板卡出现不能烧录的情况。
    具体现象是,使用MFG TOOS烧录,卡在JUMP TO OS IMAGE的环节。查看打印信息,停留在BOOTING THE KERNEL环节。在启动内核前,已经有提示内核解压完成。针对这个现象做了以下尝试:
    1、使用官方的DDR STRESS工具,跑压力测试,并未发现异常;
    2、用手摸芯片,感觉比普通的芯片稍烫;
    3、偶发的能进行到下一步,但最终还是会报错
    现在感觉手段比较单一,不太清楚此时CPU到底处于什么状况,有无更好思路?

补充:
    测得的电压等都正常。
    DUAL LITE使用AB版本,PMIC使用最新版本。

楼主你好,关于你帖中的问题,你做了70块板子,并且软件也已经调通,这一块有问题,有可能是硬件的问题。
你这里做过DDR test,并且u-boot也正常启动的话,说明DDR部分是没有什么问题,OK的。看到你后面提到内核无**常启动,这里你要看它是停在哪里的。
请问你烧写过程,和启动过程的打印信息都发给我看一下。

hi ,Rita,考虑可能是硬件问题,MCU摸着比正常烫一点,想进一步定位问题,看看是MCU损坏的个例还是有设计风险。请帮忙分析下,谢谢!
烧录也是通过USB-OTG,使用MFG。问题出在JUMP TO OS IMAGE的环节。

打印信息如下。
    打印信息一是其他板卡的正常打印信息,由于我司只能专门的机器使用U盘,在我自己电脑上MCU被识别为U盘后就被禁用,所以打印信息只执行到被识别为大容量存储设备后就停止了。
    打印信息二到四是故障板卡的打印信息。该板卡有时启动到BOOTING THE KERNEL后,就再无打印信息;偶发的能继续往下走点,但到某环节后就开始异常(标注红色或粗体)

排版异常。。
感觉像是硬件问题,MCU摸着比正常的烫不少。想得到进一步的故障信息,担心板卡存在潜在硬件风险。
板卡的烧录也是通过USB-OTG,MFG烧录,停留在JUMP TO OS IMAGE无反应。
打印信息说明:
      打印信息一,其他正常板卡的打印信息。由于我是在自己电脑上操作,被禁用U盘,所以打印信息不全面,当被识别为大容量存储设备后的信息都没了;
      打印信息二到四是偶发的几种异常,打印信息二的异常即BOOTING THE KERNEL后无任何反应;打印信息三、四的错误类似,不过地址有点差异

做了很多尝试,但还没有解决。以为是单板的个例,但新做了一个批次的办卡(35),还是有一块出现同样现象。
