做28335，现在准备仿真程序，出现下面的问题，不能对时钟操作，把时钟配置程序屏蔽其他不涉及时钟的程序可以运行。
上电后 PLLSTS[MCLKSTS]=1;即系统进入低功耗模式，按复位键也不能跳出低功耗模式
PLLCR=0；不能倍频
程序不能再单步运行下去，仿真中断，CCS跳出，提示如下：
