关于DM368板子的几个问题

自己公司做的DM368板子，目前做50套，全部测试了一下，目前只有三十几块板子是好的，还有十几块板子出现了几个问题，问题如下所示：
（1）ARM9: GEL: Error while executing OnTargetConnect(): Attempted to read unmapped virtual memory at 0x01C408E4 at (*((unsigned int *) 0x01C408E4)&3) [evmdm368.gel:87] at OnTargetConnect() .

（2）IcePick_C_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -2172 @ 0xD) Unable to communicate with the emulator. Confirm emulator configuration and connections, reset the emulator, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 5.0.747.0)

（3）IcePick_C_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -181 @ 0x0) The controller has detected a dead JTAG clock. The user must turn-on or connect the JTAG clock for the target. (Emulation package 5.0.747.0)

有朋友遇到过这几个问题没，知道是什么原因导致的不？谢谢！

其中有成功的问题可能在硬件上了更多的是焊接问题
