第一个so that 应该翻译成以便于更好理解一点，前面的“The DTMF generators and detectors are provided” 的是条件啊！！！

通过双音多频收发器, 通常情况下可能出现的异常音调, 可以在声音传输通道的另一端自然再生, 而不会把这种异常音调当作话音. 向其他解码装置(比如电话交换双音多频检测器)传送音调信号的无损传输方法,是不能依靠它们来提供的.
