运放失调电压问题漂移问题

请教各位大侠，运放的失调电压是如何随时间飘移的？
在小弟所接触的运放里好像只有OP07给出了失调电压随时间漂移的参数(1uV/month Max)，我的直觉是肯定所有的运放都会有这个漂移，我的问题是运放失调电压漂移的范围是多少，是从0V到最大失调电压呢，还是会处在0V到最大失调电压的中间某个区段内飘移。

这个应该是“老化”漂移，即器件初次使用三十天后的飘移量。参见如下说明（摘自ADI的OP07数据手册）：

Long-term input offset voltage stability refers to the averaged trend time of VOS vs. Time over extended periods after the first 30 days of operation. Excluding the initial hour of operation, changes in VOS during the first 30 operating days are typically 2.5 μV refer to the typical performance curves.
