Specs for a possible replacement: · Cortex M4F (with FPU) · min 120MHz · SDRAM support, 4MB, better 8MB (can execute from SDRAM!!) · SPI flash support, 4MB · DMA · USB 2.0 device · min 192kb on chip SRAM · 2x I2C · 3x SPI (one used for the SPI flash) · ADC with input multiplexer 8 channels, 10 bit or 12 bit · Motor control PWM or independent PWM that can be set for two channels with dead time · 3 UARTS, independent clock rate · min 10 PWM 16bit channels that are running from the same clock/timer totally synchronous. Additionally, at least 3 matches must be available to trigger interrupts and ADC (from the same timer, in sync with the PWM outputs). DMA should be able to load new values into the match registers · one 32bit timer with 2 match registers and at least one capture input · one SYSTICK timer · RTC · Watchdog · Wakup timer to wake the system regularly from deep sleep |
