1st Position: Channel Sales Manager, North China based in Beijing or Shanghai 2nd Position: Channel Sales Manager, South China based in Shenzhen or Shanghai
Performance expectation description:

Grows LEAD Tier customer revenue $ and increase more FOCUS Tier account number;
·
Manages Non-Communications Global accounts in China on account local strategy and grow support plan. Coordination and communication with other Geo Account Manager/RSM to achieve Account 2015 revenue goal;
·
Manages and drives China Channel regional business on revenue, DW LTR$ goals and to outperform competitors. To provide business direction to Distributor Partners regional team, support them in customers important deal closures, support them in enhancing customer satisfaction and company relationship. Works closely with Biz Ops on price to win socket/platform and margin improvement;

Participates and contributes in China Channel FY business planning and segment demand creation strategy and initiative. Contributes QBP presentation information;

Manages Distributor Partners team in conducting consistent business process, best practices and Compass quality and data integrity account record;
·
Aggressive and Smart Sales Manager who achieves business KPI target in every year, excellent collaboration and communication with Distributor Partners and Xilinx internal teams;
·
Sound technical background, expert in understanding customer pain points and requirements. Excellent customer sales proposal and deliver Xilinx value proof points;
·
Substantial customer joint visit with Disti Partners.
Candidate qualification and experience:
·
Graduate with a technical Bachelor degree;
·
Good English and spoken and written local languages;
·
Minimum 10 years of Technical Sales experience on FPGA or embedded or DSP or SOC. Held Sales Manager leadership for 5 years in whole sales career;
·
Had FAE working experience is advantage;
·
Worked for either global or local leading company with similar job position and proven sales record;
·
Attended professional sales training courses is advantage;
·
Managing for results, accountability and creative;
·
proactive and good solution selling attributes. |
