请问这样的波形我如何通过CHROMA 6530产生。
在110V/50HZ的波形90度位置上叠加半个周期（10ms）140V/200HZ的波形。
Test Condition
Perform this test for 110Vac/50Hz and 220Vac/50Hz input voltage.Perform the test with all outputs set at max load.Perform the test at 25℃ ambient temperature.Maximum load = 12V/45.08A, 12Vs/0A.
Test Set-up
Frequency oscillation from 200Hz to 5 kHz at 90 degree, then attenuate end at half cycle, and oscillation value from 140% linearly add to 200%.
