关于低通滤波器的电路问题

大家好！有个问题想请教大家一下，谢谢。
如下一个马达控制电路的电源部分，添加了一个LPC电路，为什么要加？有一些英文资料，不是很懂，望大家指点。

Low Pass Filter the spindle Rsns signal and send that to the SPNRTN pin. LPF of 10 to 20 kHz.
Instead of tri-stating when Rsns current exceeds a limit, tri-state when the apparent spindle current coming from the 5V supply reaches a limit. Since the current being drawn from the 5V supply is filtered by isofet resistance, trace resistance, supply resistance, and various capacitors, the Rsns signal must be similarly filtered.

来自于主轴Rsns的信号要经过10~20KHz的低通滤波器后送到SPNRTN管脚。

Instead of tri-stating when Rsns current exceeds a limit, tri-state when the apparent spindle current coming from the 5V supply reaches a limit.
三态取决于主轴马达从5V电源所获取的电流超过一定的门限，而非直接判断Rsns上的电流大小。

Since the current being drawn from the 5V supply is filtered by isofet resistance, trace resistance, supply resistance, and various capacitors, the Rsns signal must be similarly filtered.
由于取自5V电源的电流经过了isfet电阻，走线电阻，电源内阻等以及不同的电容组成的滤波器，因此来自Rsns的信号也必须经过类似的滤波处理。
