我是2010年买的一块PSoC3_FirstTouch STARTER KIT， 最近有个项目想用PSoC3，把这个板子拿出来，下载最新的PSoC Creator 3.3 (3.3.0.410)开发IDE， 但是发现不能编程下载和调试我的这块PSoC3_FirstTouch STARTER KIT了，有人遇到过这个问题吗，如何解决？
附件是我遇到的问题截图（This device is recongnized， but PSoC Creator does not support using it at this time ），请参考！
我的PSoC3_FirstTouch STARTER KIT上PSoC3的part-number 为： CY8C3866AXI-040ES2 0919(我手上有两只样品是CY8C3866AXI-040ES3 1101) 这里面ES2和ES3是表示版本吗？ 0919和1101是表示生产日期（2009年第19周和2011年第1周）？
这个问题和芯片的版本有关系吗？
