监测直流电机的“火花”,,直流电机换向脉冲的频率大致在1200HZ左右(电机额定转速2400r/分钟,转子有30对换向片)“火花”的频谱在0.5-4k之间,该用什么样的“火花”探测器,能探测到火花,火花电压在300V左右

试一试霍尔传感器,可以隔离高压,灵明度高,但是外围要磁屏

我自己的思路

为了监测直流电机的火花(实质是检测电机的好坏),在直流电机的附近的电源线上是可以用“火花”探测器感应火花信号的,但在实质使用过程中,直流电机是在安装在现场,而检测设备安装在监控室,由于监控室远离电机,所以在监控室检测火花,火花信号的衰减已非常厉害了(甚至被干扰信号湮灭),能在监控室感应的火花信号的幅值大概在50mV-100Mv之间,视电机距离的远近定,为了检测电机的好坏,我使用的是一高频感应线圈在监控室测试火花信号(电机是通过监控室的配线盘供电的),高频感应线圈的能感应的频率选择0.5-4K之间,本人不知道这样的方法是否可行,请大家不吝赐教!
