The factory calibration is done ones the chip is made, and does not take that long to do. The accuracy is then checked during test and all chips that does not meet the 10% accuracy is thrown away.
If we are gonna send millions of chips through another calibration this will take too long time for us, and most people does not need that accurate clock frequency, so most of the time would just be waste and the chips would be more expensive.
If a company need more accuracy on the calibration, we will do this for a cost. But only for 200k + volumes.
We are only a technical channel, so for calibrated chips you should contact your local distributor.
