DSP28069 can用TI例程初始化都死等了!

本人菜鸟刚接触DSP做个CAN通信,上TI的例程,初始化也是。请大家帮助!程序如下:

一直红色位置死等了,这是TI的初始化配置,没有任何修改。硬件问题?但是初始化配置不可能关配置事的!

多分析看看标志为撒的吧,,或者其他哪个寄存器的没有设置正确的
