请问数字示波器100MS/S的采样率能做到多少MHz的带宽?

请问数字示波器100MS/S的采样率能做到多少MHz的带宽?(8bit ADC)

根据奈奎斯特采样定律最多50MHz,但这时的波形都是方波了

而且此时混叠现象严重<br /><br />要想波形显示出来象正弦波,只能最多10MHz

Lecroy 9400A(老古董,停产了)示波器做到了175M

你要是等效采样做好的话,带宽可以高于采样率!

不过:<br />高速采样好做,高的带宽就难鸟。。。
