Title: IC Test Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for developing and implementing automated production test solutions for power management IC;
Working with designers on the design for test during the silicon design stage.
Design the ATE evaluation hardware and develop the software.
Directly cooperate with manufacturing on the test program transferring to release product on time.
Also be responsible to enhance the product manufacturability and testability in the highly creative engineering environment
Requirement:
BSEE or MSEE
3+ years analog or mixed-signal semiconductor experience in a test engineering role
Knowledge and experiences with Teradyne automatic test equipment is a strong plus
Good command of English
