Title: IC Test Engineer <br />Location: Shanghai<br /> <br />Responsibilities:<br />Be responsible for developing and implementing automated production test solutions for power management IC; <br />Working with designers on the design for test during the silicon design stage. <br />Design the ATE evaluation hardware and develop the software. <br />Directly cooperate with manufacturing on the test program transferring to release product on time. <br />Also be responsible to enhance the product manufacturability and testability in the highly creative engineering environment<br /> <br />Requirement:<br /><br />BSEE or MSEE <br />3+ years analog or mixed-signal semiconductor experience in a test engineering role<br />Knowledge and experiences with Teradyne automatic test equipment is a strong plus<br />Good command of English<br /><br /><br />有兴趣的话可以发您的联系方式或直接发简历到sallyxu@aletheia-consulting.com, 我们会尽快和你联系。谢谢。 |
