AD6623ASZ开发多载波模块,先设置成四个通道出来非调制的cw信号,在配置内部
寄存器0x000时,我配置为0x81,按照datasheet上bit7如果置0则兼容ad6622,现在我bit7置0
则4个cw能出来,置1(ad6623模式)则4个cw都出不来,是否datasheet有误?
Hi,
I use AD6623ASZ for our Multicarrier component. First the Altera FPGA is
preprogrammed to output 4-channel unmodulated serial data to the AD6623 to
produce CW carriers. When I configure the ad6623 Internal Address 0x000(Common
Function Registers),I found some problems. If I set 0x000=0x81,the CW carriers
can not work,then I set 0x000=0x01 ,it work properly. I review the datasheet, it
says as below: ( REV.A page 36)
The AD6623 functions and programmability significantly exceed
those of the AD6622 while maintaining AD6622 pin compatibility
and functionality when desired. AD6622 compatibility is selected
when Bit 7 of Internal Control Register 0x000 is low. In this state,
all AD6623 extended control registers are cleared. While in the
AD6622 mode the unused AD6623 pins are three-stated.AD6622 compatibility is selected by setting 0x000:7 low. In this state, all AD6623 extended control registers are cleared. Registers marked as “Reserved” must be written low.
Now I use ad6623,so I set Internal Control Register 0x000 as 0x81, but it can not
work , I set 0x000=0x01, it work,why? is the datasheet have bug? |
