Artix-7 devices are only pin compatible with other Artix-7 devices in the same package.
For example, all Artix-7 devices in the FTG256 will be pin compatible.
Kintex-7 devices are pin compatible with other Kintex-7 devices in the same package.
In addition, FBG and FFG packages of the same pin-count designator
will be pin compatible with a few notes. It should be noted the FBG and FFG will
have substantially different decoupling capacitor recommendations. Also note
that FBG packages do not utilize Vccaux_IO pins. In the FFG packages the
vccaux_io_g must be connected in order to drive the predriver for the HR I/Os.
Therefore, if you are planning on migrating to the FFG you must connect
vccaux_io to the appropriate voltage/regulator solution for your final design。
Virtex-7 devices are pin compatible with other Virtex-7 devices in the same
package. In addition FFG, FHG, and 标志寄存器 packages of the same pin-count
designator will be pin compatible a note. FH packages will have a larger lid the
FFG or 标志寄存器.
